I really enjoy the Eyewitness books collection because of their vast amount of pictures. They really bring to light so many different aspects of the subject and they are very interesting. I learned so much from this book about China and its many customs and objects. I like how well organized everything is. Even though there is a lot of information to be learned it is easier when there are sections for each topic. There is not too much text also which could make these books great for kids who have trouble reading. There are a lot of pictures for them to look at with little blurbs that explain them. I would love to have this book and others in the series for my classroom. It would be a great source for students when studying ancient civilizations and especially if they were to do research and make up posters or essays. The book is also a valid source of information which is very important in the classroom.
